Registry Bistro is led by a mother–daughter team whose strengths complement one another naturally.
Chef Erika, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, combines the discipline of her craft with creativity and a global perspective. Her approach to food is intentional — seasonal, thoughtful, and rooted in quality.
Vickie shapes the guest experience with an instinct for hospitality refined over decades. She understands that great service is not about formality — it’s about care.
Together, they bring creativity to the kitchen and warmth to the dining room — creating a restaurant where guests feel both inspired and at ease.
